“Perfect time on 14/3 night. Pick up time, super nice driver…it was all well organised. And the thermal spa was amazing! Unfortunately there were some very ignorant people with us that made me feel ashamed of being Italian as well. They didn’t know a single English world but most important they were not even able to properly read the details of the activity so they had to complain about pretty much everything…without any reason. Typical Italian arrogance and ignorance too. And I’m speaking as Italian citizen. Besides from this dumb guys…all was perfect! I want just to say sorry for all the empty complaints.”

“We went to Therme with guide in his car. He just had 3 of us so it was a very comfortable commute. As expected, Therme was gorgeous. Of course it was quite busy but we had a wonderful time relaxing in The Palm and enjoying amazing water slides in The Galaxy. We were there in Therme for about 3 hrs. We didn't take any massage coz queues were long and we had limited time. You are able to buy drinks and food on your bracelet which is then billed to you on exit. Highly recommended experience!!!”

“This is so worth doing, what a wonderful experience. The driver was lovely and there was no issues. We went with the afternoon pick up but it was really busy so could only get sun beds outside which was fine due to weather and robe. Best to go in the morning for a space here to be guaranteed much like many popular places. This was in the adults only palm area, there was plenty of seats in the galaxy area where children are allowed. The spa is so well organised and clean. It was just wonderful. You have plenty of time but I’d spend the whole day next time. Top…”

“Chauffeur à l’avance. Départ légèrement en avance donc. Belle voiture bien entretenue et confortable pour nous emmener jusqu’au SPA. Certes, 50€ n’est pas donné mais l’intérieur est très très beau et grand. Seul « bémol », pleins de petits frais sur place (claquettes obligatoire, sinon payer pour en avoir par exemple). Possibilité moyennant supplément de boire un verre dans la piscine, de se faire masser, massage sur lit à eau automatique,…). Chouette parc aquatique compris également ! Bref, chouette expérience bien que onéreuse. Nous ne regrettons pas pour autant car l’eau colorée par les lumières donne un magnifique résultat.”
